Orders placed via our website will be shipped within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. If you place your order during the weekend or on a holiday it will still be shipped within 1-3 business days starting from the soonest following business day.
Please Note: The 1-3 days of processing time is not part of the shipping time. If you choose UPS ground the shipping time can be up to 7 business days. This means the time before you receive your order includes 1-3 business days of processing time PLUS the 7 business days of shipping time.
Shipping Restrictions:
- We do not ship outside of the United States
- Orders with UPS shipping options cannot be sent to a PO Box
- We do not ship to APO or FPO addresses
- Pepper Spray cannot be shipped outside the contiguous United States. This means it cannot be sent to Alaska, Hawaii or US Territories.
- Pepper Spray cannot be sent via any express shipping options including UPS 3 Day Select and UPS 2nd Day Air. It must be sent with UPS Ground or USPS mail.
- We are unable to ship Pepper Spray to New York, Massachusetts
