Today I wanted to give everyone the second part to the last post I had made. If you didn’t have a chance to check it out I’ll give you a quick overview. In the last post I made I discussed all of the different states that have laws for pepper spray. There are a couple that do not allow pepper spray at all, some that have certain places you can get it from, and some that have specific regulations on the formulation of the spray. If you didn’t see the post you can see it here.
To kick it off I’m going to go over the states that do not allow stun guns at all. This means you are not allowed to own a stun gun in these states. Also, just to clarify these lists are just for the US. There are a bunch of counties that have laws against stun guns, if you want to know which they are Google them.
These states are as follows:
- Connecticut
- Illinois
- Hawaii
- Massachusetts
- Michigan
- New Jersey
- New York
- Rhode Island
- Wisconsin
So as you can see there are several states that we cannot send stun guns too. So before you buy a stun gun you want to make sure you don’t live in one of these states.
Next I’m going to give you a list of cities where it is illegal to own a stun gun. Again this list is specific cities and counties, so you can own a stun gun if you live anywhere else besides locations on this list.
- Annapolis, MD
- Baltimore, MD
- Baltimore County, MD
- Chicago, IL
- Dension/ Crawford county, MD
- Washington DC
- Philadelphia, PA
So those are the cities/counties that you cannot own a stun gun. This basically means if you buy a stun gun online than the shipping address cannot be to any of these locations.
